The 40L Planpakk® packing box is used together with the Planpakk® packing table and is adapted to the 40L Planpakk® wood sack.

The bag is easily threaded over the edge of the box, which keeps the bag open throughout the packing process. The box walls ensure that the bag takes on the best possible shape when it is tightened and tied. The large opening and shallow packing depth make packing significantly more efficient and are gentle on the back and neck. The box also indicates how high the bag should be filled to ensure continuous correct packing according to the standard for 40L week-old bags.

The box is attached to the Planpakk® packing table. The box consists of three parts: a base plate and two walls, which can be easily mounted on the packing table. It is made of painted steel sheet and is delivered flat-packed for easy transport and storage. The 60 liter packing box is part of the Planpakk® series, which is based on horizontal firewood bags with an opening on the long side. The concept was launched by Espegard in 2023 and is a simple and efficient way to pack small bags. The packing box makes packing simple and efficient, while helping you pack the right amount of firewood every time.

All our small sacks and packaging solutions are manufactured in accordance with the Norwegian wood standard 4414 for firewood. For production for packing in Planpakk® firewood sacks, we recommend a maximum log length of 30 cm.
