Smartpakk is a packing stand intended for packing firewood in small sacks. The stand is equipped with 5 packing stations that can be easily rotated after the sack has been filled. By adjusting the side walls and the base plate, the packing stations can be adapted to both 40L/15kg firewood sacks and 60L/22kg firewood sacks. This makes it possible to quickly and easily adapt the packing stations to your needs.
The Smartpakk packing stand ensures an efficient workflow when packing firewood. Two people can pack without having to move, while a third person ties and stacks the bags on a pallet. The rotation speed is controlled by a brake under the support plate, which gives full control during the work. The stand also has an improved height for better ergonomics and comfort during packing.
Smartpakk is delivered prepared for retrofitting a scale under each packing station. This gives full control over the weight of each bag and guarantees the correct amount of wood for sale in accordance with the Norwegian wood standard.
The stand has a strong and stable construction and is made of galvanized steel sheets. Delivered flat packed on a pallet. Easy assembly with screws and nuts on all parts. Tools are required for assembly.
