Novelty:
Horizontal 40L firewood bags with quick-lock closure. Part of the Planpakk® system from Espegard.

Made from UV-protected, durable mesh material for long-lasting durability. The bag holds approximately 40 liters of firewood (typical weight corresponds to approximately 15 kg of dry birch wood). Sold in bundles of 50.

Whether you are a professional firewood producer, a retailer or a homeowner preparing for the winter season, our quality-assured firewood bags are the right choice for storing and transporting firewood. We have calculated that Planpakk® almost halves the firewood producer's packing time compared to traditional top-opening bags. In short, you save time, money and, last but not least, your back and neck.

NOTE: The horizontal opening is a new and unique solution that only applies to the wood sacks in the Planpakk® range from Espegard. For correct use, the Planpakk® Sack Stand 40 is required.

Benefits of Planpakk®

Pack in almost half the time. Our tests show that packing time is significantly reduced. Provided the working height has been adjusted, the time is halved compared with sacks that are packed from the top. A large opening makes it possible to pack quickly and thoroughly. The bag is therefore filled more evenly whilst taking on a more square shape. The square shape also makes it easier to stack on pallets, which in turn means that pallet capacity is utilised more efficiently.

Gentle on the whole body. Planpak’s firewood sack is packed whilst lying flat, which means you don’t have to stack the wood deep down in the sack. This also leaves both your hands free to pack. The ergonomic stand helps reduce the strain on your back and neck. The shorter reach to the bottom of the sack reduces arm movements, allowing you to work much faster and more precisely than before.

Better for your wallet – easier for the customer. Save time and money with Planpakk. Our unique system allows you to pack faster and more efficiently – without any major investment. With a small investment, you can reduce both costs and the time spent. For the end customer, the sacks are easier to carry and the large opening makes it incredibly easy to remove the firewood. The opening on the long side is a new and unique solution that you’ll only find in Espegard’s Planpakk range. For best results, you’ll need the Planpakk sack stand 40.

Horizontal opening

We have simply moved the opening from the top to the long side. The result is a small sack with a much larger opening, which makes packing far easier and more efficient. The system offers a range of benefits for both firewood producers and those who run self-service firewood collection schemes

Join us on a firewood sack revolution!

In short, the Planpakk consists of a 40 and 60-litre firewood bag and an ergonomic bag stand. The opening on the small bag has been moved from the short side to the long side so that the bags can be packed lying flat. The large opening and the clever stand make packing firewood much easier.
