Fire Stove Lue 60 is based on two-stage combustion, which results in a clean-burning fire with virtually no smoke. The principle of maximum air supply to the flames ensures an efficient and clean fire. In short, this results in large, beautiful flames with a high heat output and extra campfire fun. By waiting for the flames to subside and firing gently, the fireplace becomes a great place to cook. Fire stoves produce a lot of embers, which is perfect for grilling. 

Fire Stove Lue 60 is the largest in this series with a tapered design and is made of stainless steel. It consists of a combustion unit with double walls, bottom plate, ash collector, base and top ring. The ash collector collects all dirt, embers and ash. Together with the bottom plate, it also protects against radiant heat.

Campfire tips

The fire pit is best lit with small sticks. It takes a few minutes to heat up and burn cleanly. Then there are big, beautiful, dancing flames. It's easy to get lost in these magical moments.

• Use dry wood. Wet wood smolders and produces a lot of smoke. The same goes for fresh wood.
  
• Use small pieces of split wood to light the fire. If it gets very hot, you can also use larger logs.
  
• Add wood at regular intervals. Don't wait until there are only a few embers. It will take longer to get the flames going again.

Cooking on a Fire Barrel

Safety considerations

• The fireplace must always be installed and used in accordance with the applicable regulations in the country.
• The product will become hot during use. Do not touch or move the fireplace while it is hot.
• Watch out for animals and children when the fireplace is hot.
• Risk of flying sparks and embers from the fire. Do not stand too close to the fireplace during use without appropriate safety accessories.
  

Investment

• Place the product on a stable surface and adjust the legs to the surface.
  
• Use outdoors only, not indoors or in enclosed spaces.
  
• Do not place under overhangs or tree branches.
  
• Do not leave the Fireplace near flammable materials.
  

Use of the fireplace

• Remove all packaging before use.
  
• Remove the ashes if the product has already been used.
  
• Do not burn too much wood in the Fire Pan (too much wood at a time).
  
• Only use dry, untreated wood or charcoal/briquettes as fuel in the Fireplace.
  
• Never leave the fireplace unattended; make sure the fire is burned out and cannot be re-lit when you leave the fireplace.
  
• Do not use the fireplace when the wind is too strong.
  
• Do not use oil, gasoline, red spirit or other flammable chemicals to light the fire.
  
• Let the wood burn out to cool down the Fire Pan.
  
• Do not use water to extinguish the fire or to cool down the Fire Pit.
  

Maintenance

• Use a cover when the Fire Barrel is not in use for an extended period of time.
  
• Use a microfiber cloth with clean water to remove stains. For stubborn stains, use vinegar or warm water with green soap.
  
• Do not use a wire brush or equipment that could scratch the fireplace.
  

About stainless steel

The Brasa fire pit is made of stainless steel. When stainless steel is heated to high temperatures, it can undergo a process called “blueing” or “browning”. This causes the surface of the steel to change color. The process does not affect the quality or performance of the material.
